Privacy

What is seen and discussed within a family stays there. Confidential, always. The same principle applies to this website: we collect as little data as possible — and nothing without reason.

Hosting and delivery

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA); delivery and protection against abuse run through Cloudflare Inc. (USA). When you visit the site, these providers process technically necessary data (IP address, time, page requested, browser information) in server logs. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure, stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Both providers are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; EU standard contractual clauses apply in addition.

Security check (Cloudflare Turnstile)

Before contact channels are shown or forms are submitted, Cloudflare Turnstile invisibly checks that a real person is asking. Cloudflare processes technical characteristics of the browser for this; no advertising profile is created. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting contact details and forms against automated abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Getting in touch

When you send Aline a message — via WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal or e-mail — we use what you share solely to reply to you and to prepare possible support (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you use a messenger, the privacy policy of that provider applies in addition.

Monthly letter

For the monthly letter we store your e-mail address with Sendinblue GmbH (Brevo, Berlin). The basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time — via the unsubscribe link in every letter or by e-mailing us. After unsubscribing, the address is deleted. It is used for nothing else and never passed on.

Family Scholarship

When you sign up for the Family Scholarship, we store your e-mail address and chosen language with Brevo in order to send you the questionnaire and to inform you about the result of the monthly draw (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The questionnaire runs on Google Forms (Google Ireland Ltd.); answers stored there are additionally subject to Google's privacy policy. After each draw, the entries and questionnaire answers of families not drawn are deleted; each new round starts empty. Anyone who wants to take part again simply signs up again.

Statistics and marketing — only with consent

Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) and the Meta pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) are loaded only if you consent in the notice banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; § 25 TDDDG). If you decline, the site works just the same — no statistics or marketing data are collected. Your choice is stored locally in your browser (localStorage, "kg-consent"). If you consent, data may be transferred to the USA; Google and Meta are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting this site's data in your browser or by e-mailing us.

The work itself, and invoices

What is discussed during the accompaniment itself is not recorded on this website and remains confidential. For contracts and invoices we process the details required for them (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and keep them for the statutory retention periods.

Your rights
